Do You Do Free Quotes?Yes! We would love to provide a free quote to you. You can either fill out our "request a quote" form on our home page, or you can call us at 801-920-1982 to get that quote taken care of for you.

Do You Remove Hard Water Stains?Yes we do! The best part is we include hard water removal for free with every set of exterior windows we clean! Most of the time we can remove your hard water stains or at least make a significant improvement. However after time and enough hard water, the minerals can become etched or baked into the glass. Sometimes the only way to remove it then is to use special restoration products or buff the glass out. Sometimes it may even be best to just replace the glass.

Do You Clean Window Tracks?Yes, we do! For our residential clients, we include complementary window track cleaning with every set of interior windows we clean. Generally, commercial properties won't have window tracks. However, if you have a commercial property with window tracks that you would like cleaned, just let us know, and we would be happy to take care of them for you.

What Is A Window Pane?Typically each window set consists of two window panes one that will either slide up and down or side to side and one that is stationary or doesn’t move at all. You can think of a window pane as being any individual piece of glass that is surrounded by its own frame. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 801-920-1982

How Do I Prepare For My Appointment?In preparation for your appointment we ask that you open up any blinds you may have and move anything big that may be obstructing access to your windows. If it takes excessive time for our technicians to move items there could be an additional charge.

Do I Need To Be Home For My Appointment?If we are just doing an exterior cleaning and your screens are able to be removed from the outside of your home than no it is not necessary for you to be home during the time of service. We do ask that you let us know ahead of time if you are not going to be home as we don’t like working on peoples property while they are away unless we have their permission to do so.

Do You Work Year Round?Yes we do! Feel free to reach out to us any time of year and we would be more than happy to help.

What About Bad Weather?Typically we are able to perform our work in most all weather conditions. If we are facing weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible for us to do the work requested, we will reschedule with you. If you are hesitant to continue with the appointment due to weather let us know and we are happy to reschedule as needed. Usually we wont call to reschedule unless the weather makes it impossible for us to do our work.

Do You Work On Weekends Or Evenings?Generally we do not work weekends or evenings, however there are times where we can accommodate special requests at an additional fee. If that is something you are interested in please call us at 801-920-1982.

Do You Offer Discounts For Service Plans?Yes! Our discounts are as follows, 10% off for biannual cleanings, 15% off for quarterly cleanings, 25% off for bimonthly or monthly cleanings. Along with discounted rates you also get a 7 day rain protection and a 2 year price lock!

Is a Contract Required For a Service Plan?For residential clients, contracts are not required. If you would like to start a service plan, just let us know when you would like to begin, and we will start cleaning your windows on whatever schedule works best for you. If you ever wish to cancel your plan, we simply ask that you give us at least one week's notice before your next scheduled cleaning.
